Phil and the team transformed our sloping back garden into a proper sunken entertaining space. The porcelain terrace is flawless and the outdoor kitchen gets used at least twice a week — even in October. Communication was excellent throughout and the build ran exactly to the programme we were quoted.
Replaced a tired deck with a large-format porcelain terrace and a slatted Iroko screen. The finish is remarkable — clean lines, immaculate jointing and a thoughtful approach to lighting. Urban's team are proper craftsmen, not landscapers who'll have a go at stonework.
The veranda they installed over our Yorkstone terrace has genuinely added a room to our house. The louvred roof with heating and lighting means we're outside from March onwards. Quality hardware, proper installation, and the whole thing was wrapped up in a week on site.
